Events at the Link


The Link offers a number of conferencing and meeting facilities for hire during evenings or weekends. These provide a perfect venue for all your meeting and conferencing requirements.

Events may also be catered by our inhouse providers – Sodexo. Sodexo offer a versatile range of packages at extremely competitive rates.

Our conferencing facilities offer a main conference room and a combination of 5 smaller meeting rooms, ideal for break-out sessions or smaller meetings. The conference facilities can accommodate any group size between five and 75 delegates.

  • Can I hire a room just for a few hours on an ad hoc basis?
    Yes, conference rooms are available to suit your needs throughout the year.
  • Do you have presentation apparatus, access to kitchens etc?
    Conference rooms have presentation equipment, and catering can be provided, or conference facilities with kitchen equipment can be provided.
  • Do you have parking facilities?
    Yes, the school can accommodate over 200 cars. Parking is currently not charged.
  • What size conference facilities do you have?
    The school can accommodate conferences from 10 up to 150 people. Conference dates are available during school holiday time and at weekends throughout the year. Catering may also be provided, and menus can be tailored to suit individual requirements.
